嘘 was used as the first ending song to FULL METAL ALCHEMIST: Brotherhood which later appeared on SID's album hikari in July 2009. The song also later appeared on the FULL METAL ALCHEMIST: Brotherhood Soundtrack on October 14, 2009.
嘘 was the only new TV/ANIME license present on the pop'n music 18 せんごく列伝 location tests.
On the pop'n music Sunny Park location tests, 嘘 was removed. However, it reappeared on the final release.
