僕が音楽を担当して、2008年秋に公開した映画ブリュレの主人公の二人（双子）Mika☆Rikaを起用してなんか音楽やりたいなと思っていたのですが、今回ポップンのゲームの中で実現することが出来ました。
双子を前面に出した曲にしても良かったのですが、双子のように仲良しな女の子達（友達でも姉妹でも）二人の旅をテーマにした曲にしました。
そのとき僕がハマっていたカントリー調の曲が出来たので、おしゃべりが途切れることなくにぎやかな感じになったかな～と思います。キャラも楽しい旅のイメージにぴったりで良かったです！
実際の彼女らはやたらにぎやかってわけでもないけど、とても仲が良く、かわいらしさもキャラに負けてないと思いますよ～。

私が映画やライブで聴いたことがあるmizunoさんの楽曲の、
優しい穏やかなイメージとは全然違ってたので、、
最初この曲を聴いた時の感想は、
えっ意外！すごい！好き！！でした(*^-^*)笑
本当に素敵な曲なので、自分達が歌うのがもったいない！！って
思ってしまうくらいです。
うさぎみたいに無邪気に飛び跳ねて、月にだって走って行きたくな
るような、そんな楽しい気分にさせてくれます。

オール英語で歌うことが滅多にないので、レコーディングでは
ちょっとつまずきましたが(。。*笑
出来上がったものを聴いて、“旅”というタイトルがピッタリだ
