- Princess Roki is the first song with Roki as the rival character that is not part of the ELEGOTH series of songs.
- According to mizuno, chronologically Princess Roki takes place before the keel or Dar[k]wish, as Roki is still a little girl (as shown in her sprite too, where she is much smaller and perkier).
- Princess Roki is one of the three pop'n music Akino songs that does not have a long version on its respective original soundtrack, along with moon dance and Tears In The Light.
- A 3P palette for Roki is available from pop'n music 20 fantasia onwards by inputting a code found on the Yukeyuke! pop'n music Character Illustration Book (ゆけゆけ！ポップンミュージックキャラクターイラストブック?). The code must be inputted at the final e-AMUSEMENT screen, where your already unlocked Secret Characters are shown.

例によってwacから指令が入り、コナミ本社に呼びだされ、ビル内を迷いながら大きな打ち合わせ広場にて「次は音の街です。そしてAkinoさんで、森の中はどうでしょう？」などと話が進んで行きました。
「森の中？」と聞いて、その時何故か「ホビットの冒険」とか読んでた僕は、「それならなんとなく楽しくやれそうだ。」と思ったのでした。
そして、キャラは「Rokiの子供時代」みたいな話になり、深い森の奥でロキ姫のわがままに付き合わされる使いのホビット達というようなイメージで作りました。
魔法の授業で習った呪文を唱えてみたり。歌を歌わされてみたり。毎日大変そうです。ロキもまだ子供なので曲もいつもよりは明るめですね。中学ぐらいからDarkになってゆくのでしょうか？
僕は、慣れない（というか知らない）ルーン語の歌詞に挑戦し、図書館に通い、言ってしまったことを後悔しつつ、なんとか強引にルーン語の呪文をデッチ上げたのでした。
ロキの世界がいろいろ広がって来てなかなか楽しかったです。

今回は、曲の構成を作っていく段階で、色んな歌い方やフレーズを提案して、それを水野君がレコーディング、編集し、さらに構築していくという感じで進んでいきました。
自分の持ってる歌いまわしを自由に表現させてもらって、とても楽しかったです。
軽やかな気分で皆さんにも楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです。
