- Prince on a Star is one of the unlockable songs from the WORLD OF LIGHT (光の世界 Hikari no sekai?) portion from pop'n music 15 ADVENTURE's わくわくミミニャミ探検隊 event. It could be unlocked from July 4th, 2007 through September 26th, 2007.
- As of September 26th, 2007, Prince on a Star has been unlocked for everyone to play.
- Prince on a Star marks Hiroshi Takeyasu's last appearance on BEMANI as a composer. He was still credited on some beatmania IIDX staff rolls and on CDs of various BEMANI games' soundtracks for years after, though.
