pop'n music 2 (ポップンミュージック2 Popun Myujikku 2?) is a 1999 Japanese music/rhythm game developed by Konami and Bemani, and the sequel to the original pop'n music video game.

- Pop'n Music 2 is the first game to recycle previous AC songs and some CS songs.
- This is the only Pop'n Music arcade game where Sanae Shintani is not giving her own individual song to sing. She instead appears as a back-up singer in one song, and collaborates on another.
- The first Pop'n Music game with Party Mode.
- This is the first Pop'n Music game that contains Hidden, Random, and Mirror as options.
- e-motion and すれちがう二人, the prequel's secret songs, have been knocked down from Hidden Songs to Second Stage songs. The returning songs from pop'n music are otherwise in the same stage numbers.
- The first Pop'n Music video game to recieve a "Key Disc" edition.
- The first Pop'n Music video game to recieve Records Mode.
