Pop'n Music 13 CARNIVAL (ポップンミュージックカーニバル Poppun Myuujikku Kaanibaru?) is a Japanese music/rhythm video game developed by Konami and Bemani released in September 7th, 2005 and the 13th release of the Pop'n Music series.

- An interesting theme that resides the circus/carnival thematic is the theme of duality. Here are the designs and aspects that fit the duality theme:
- Aside from simply being a duo, Mimi and Nyami's core designs for this Pop'n Music title have their dresses and hats halved with different colors and patterns.
- Two events are both named Waku-Waku Pop'n Land and Waku-Waku Pop'n World respectively.
- Some of this title's new characters have different characters as their dual partners, instead of having alternate palettes. This is the same case for the returning twin sisters Ratte and Lotte.
- The female announcer for Pop'n Music 13 CARNIVAL is proposedly known for lending her voice the rainbow-colored BEMANI logo. She is also presumed to voice in the tutorial for later games up until pop'n music 20 fantasia.
