新品みたいに直してくれると評判なんだって。
働き者の彼だけど、最近は謎の二人組みのいたずらに困ってるらしいよ。
Working in the development field, he is a friendly big brother, always with a cool attitude.
Repairs to the machine leave anything to him!
Even he can have a reputation to fix like new.
Although he is hardworking, he seems unnecessarily troubled by the mischief of a mysterious duo recently.

Appearance
Beat Rock
Hugh is simply a fair-skinned, skinny man, with the traits of powder blue eyes and short, blue hair. He dons a pair of gray shoes and a navy blue jumpsuit, but with his whole, maroon T-shirt shown on the torso. What he's carrying is a gold-colored tool bag and a monkey wrench. His appearance is used again in Beat Rock 2 from the CS version of Pop'n Music 10.
Tequila Dance
In CARNIVAL CS, Hugh's figure looks dramatically different: He has magenta eyes, black hair, and a darker complexion. Hugh sports a red-black motorcycle suit that includes a matching helmet with magenta sections, matching his underneath clothing and eyes. In most animations, he drives a platinum motorcycle.
