Appearance[]
Sarasa appears to be a girl with cerulean eyes. Her hair takes the form of bamboo leaves with variants of regular, dark, and light green; she also have red, magenta, yellow, and cerulean paper strips and luau with a star on the right side. She wears a simple dress with a magenta top, a white layer, magenta, matching tights and shoes, and a yellow waist belt.
Her 2P color palette changes her hair, eyes, top layer of her dress, waist belt, tights, and shoes to blue, violet, and magenta.

Etymology[]
Sarasa's name come from the Japanese onomatopoeia Sara sara (さらさら?), translated as "rustle". Her name and her leaves, formed as her hair, came from the first line of the Tanabata traditional song: The bamboo leaves rustle (ささのは さらさら Sasa no ha sara sara?).
