Personality
She is the younger sister of Chamel and KoKo. She was studying painting in a foreign country, but now it seems that she's off apartment-searching with Chamel.
After Chamel and Koko, Elle is known as the youngest of the three, disco-dancing sisters.
Appearance

Elle has slightly peachy skin and wears glasses with red lens and a white frame. Her hair color is a golden orange color, as her hair is short and firmed, as the tip is located in the bottom. Elle wears a hot pink mini dress with elbow-length sleeves and a small brown belt attached to her waist. Finally, Elle dons a pair of plain, metro-styled boots.
Her 2P color palette has been confirmed again in Hyper Eurobeat from ee'MALL 2nd avenue in Pop'n Music 10.
City Pop
Elle's attire is dramatically upgraded, with a tied blouse, almost showing a bit of her breasts, and a deep pink mini skirt. Her boots are slightly changed with light pink sections and soles.
In this 2P color palette, Elle's skin is merged to brown and her hair receives a gray color. The lens of Elle's glasses are shaded to orange. Her blouse is yellow that matches her boots, while her skirt is a mandarin color, which matches her soles.
