- A change of probability is Tatsuya Mizuno's first instrumental song for pop'n music.
- On the song comments, Tatsuya mentions that "Next time, I'll try for 180 BPM". Coincidentally, on the next CS release he composed a (mainly) 180 BPM song, redraw lots.
- A change of probability's charts were made by Eiichi Kitsukawa.

This is the first time I've done an instrumental song for pop'n. When I was trying to figure out what to make for a demo, Haya-P told me, "Make something fa~st!", so I made this with only that in mind.
Maybe this isn't as fast as it might be at 150 BPM, but it's fast enough for me. Besides, it's really nice to be able to make a fast song that's almost two minutes long. Next time, I'll try for 180 BPM...
So anyway, the chart for this song was written by "Papehina". He says the EX chart we anticipated (demanded? forced?) had the most notes in a chart he'd ever written, so that's pretty cool.
Let's face today with fighting spirit as well.

静と動を感じるカッコイイ曲で、当初は、もう少し簡単でした。
叩ける部分を、ちょっとずつ増やしていって、今の形になりました。
EXは、難しくしたつもりでしたが、そうでもなかったでしょうか…。
私は、クリアできませんが…。
